Vera is a director and co-founder of the Leading Coach Value Network. She manages the Value Monitor communication platform for coaches and clients.

Vera has experience in international corporate training management and quality control in the area of clinical research, based in Germany and Japan. She has a scientific background as biologist and veterinarian.
